Our consultations go beyond the routine (and totally flawed) portion control, counting calories and measuring weight loss protocol. You instead track down your eating habits, daily activity, sleep hours, exercise compliance, work hours, etc., and we will educate you about how food affects your health, fitness, and productivity. You take control and ownership of what you like to eat and how you like to work out not just for the duration of the program but for good.
We work globally, from New Delhi
Our exclusive consultation program is designed to be followed from across the globe. The appointments happen over Skype/Facetime/Duo/WhatsApp phone as per your convenience. Of course, if you are in Delhi NCR we look forward to meeting you in our office in New Delhi and chatting over a cup of chai. Do note that we have no representative or authorized center anywhere across the globe apart from our New Delhi office.
